2001 SUZUKI GSXR1300 HAYABUSA from in KINGS MEADOWS, Tasmania for sale

In 1999 Suzuki entered the Manufacturers competition of FASTEST PRODUCTION BIKE. The title was held by the Honda Blackbird with an impressive 290kph but when the Hayabusa cam on the scene it's debut run was a stagering 303 kph. Suzuki went on the reclaim the tiutle in 2000. World wide Government pressures forced the Manufacturers to make a gentleman's agreement to stop holding this record. So technically the Hayabusa was the last bike to hold the title of FASTEST PRODUCTION BIKE IN THE WORLD.
From my own personal experience this bike will easily meet and exceed the maximum speed limit in Tasmania before changing gear from 1st. It IS the best bike I have ever riden on any road, handles very smooth, loves corning and with always give you the answer you want if you ask the question.......
FOR SALE is my 2001 GSXR1300 Hayabusa.
It's plated 09/01 but is actually 2002 colur due to it's late build.
The bike is original except for the following modifications:
> Blue LED light strips hidden throughout (see pictures)
> 12V socket under seat for charging phones/cameras/etc and for trickle charging battery when bike is stored
> Camera mount bar installed on LHS mirror mount
You also get both the rear hump AND a rear (pillion) seat
This has been a riders bike, not a show pony. due to being riden the paint work has a few scratches/stone chips. It is regularly serviced with fluid/filter replacement by owner and any more work done by Fastlane. Tuning has been done to reduce fuel at high end revs but maintain plenty of grunt in both low an dmid range revs. Both myself and this bike are active members of the Australian Hayabusa Club.
